I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Northwest Kidney Centers (Seattle, WA)
Interview
It was about 45 minutes and used the STAR story format for interviewing. They asked about conflict resolution, going above and beyond, working with a difficult coworker or patient. The usual interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Northwest Kidney Centers (SeaTac, WA)
Interview
Applied online, have a friend who works with NKC and used them as a referral. Was contacted within a few days by email to set up a phone interview. Questions ranged from basic asking about salary expectations and preferred hours to experience to asking about supporting diversity in the work space. Interviewer took the time to answer all of my questions and look up what she didn’t know. A few days later I was sent another request to interview in person. Similar questions, but more based around the job and experience/what I would do.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Northwest Kidney Centers (West Seattle, WA) in June 2017
Interview
Initial interview with HR was smooth, questions about previous work experience, why you chose dialysis... then final interview with the unit manager, this is more in depth. They asked more clinical questions.
