I applied online. I interviewed at Northwestern Bank (State College, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I met with the branch manager and assistant branch manager at the branch. We talked for about 40 minutes. Pretty standard stuff. They actually seemed quite genuine and down to earth, which was refreshing. It was not a difficult process, as is fitting for an entry level job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Northwestern Bank (Traverse City, MI) in Aug 2011
Interview
I had a great conversation with the boss the first time, and met the team the second time. It was my first "real job" interview and I was nervous, but the questions seemed fair for the level of the position.
