There is a balance between you trying to sell yourself and them trying to sell you. They will tend to overpromise in the interview as long as you "work hard." This is partially true, you also need to be extremely sales and prospecting gifted as well. You will do a couple personality tests, meet with a few people, and then they will offer the job.
