I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Wilmington, DE)
Interview
Three interviews. All very easy and laid back. Was basically offered the position immediately. This is a good experience for kids who don't need the money to work. They really want you to succeed because if you do they make lots of money. They have flawed methods of trying to build networks. Just using friends and family is not the way to go.
Easy interview
Application
I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Seattle, WA)
Interview
they try to sell you on why to work there, not interviewing you yourself. Seemed sketchy from the start. For the brave to take on, not my cup of tea
Straightforward process, interviewed with them on campus. They provided the information I needed. I decided to not move ahead with the interview process as it did not align with my goals, but the interviewers were cordial and professional.
Felt like they were selling me something the whole time. Super easy to talk to, but something just felt off the whole time. Had multiple phases of them explaining why they're so perfect and great to work for (massive selection bias in some of their numbers)
