Interview
The interview was easy. the interviewer will ask basic questions but the main point is to the "assignment". Since you can finish the assignment you basically got accepted. The interviewer is nice and professional but the "mentor" definitely needs more training.

Interview
I learned of the opportunity through a personal contact who was an advisor. Met with HR, which is very much a sales pitch about the job. Take everything with a grain of salt. Took online personality/sales assessment, and then met with Managing Partner before offer. Keep in mind that this role is very much sink or swim, so you have more to lose than the company does in hiring you. Make sure you ask about level of support they provide after you start. Be comfortable reaching out to your personal networks.
