One initial phone or in person interview with a recruiter, with two following in person interviews with intern mentor. The first interview is very professional. The two following interviews are usually very casual and laid back. Be sure to be very well dressed and groomed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Initial (screening) interview: What successes have you had in past work experience? Describe a time in past work or leadership experience where you had to exhibit courage, how did you handle the situation, and what did you learn from it? Afterwards you'll have to complete a personality test for further screening. Following interviews: Very laid back, typically the questions asked will be much more informal and asked at the discretion of the advisor. More than anything they are simply determining whether you're are a likable person.
