I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual in Jan 2009
Interview
The company had an initial one on one interview that involved going over my resume and asking questions about my past experiences. Basic interview, it included some material on what the company does and what would be involved with acceptance of the job. I had several interviews that tested my communication skills and also involved contacting people for surveys to analyze my market.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
