Interview
You go through a stage of three interviews mostly just asking why you want to do the internship. They may ask you to do some small things before your last interview to see if you want to do the internship.
Very kind people, genuinely want you to be there. Both first and second round interviews were really pleasant and gave descriptions about what job would look like. They did cancel my interview twice, once for a golf tournament, but good interviewing experience.
The interview process is really laidback. Someone will contact you to get the interview process started. It is only behavioral questions and then the interviewer will describe the position in further detail.
