Pretty easy virtual video interview. We mostly discussed my qualifications, and what I can expect from the position. Presentation on an overview of the job responsibilities and compensation, what would be required of me at first.
Three rounds
First- HR screening, company and role overview
Second- Interview with director and more in depth explanation of role
Third- Discussion of potential candidates to use in business
People are easygoing and have a salesperson vibe

easy interview process if you already have your insurance license and prefer to sell life insurance over commodities it might be the place for you. they will also help you get licensed if you do not have your license.

A bit longer than other industries, will take about a month from start to receiving an offer. Communication and scheduling is very easy though. More of an assessment of your personal strengths and learning style rather than your financial experience.
