The interview process was very easy going. Everyone that I spoke with was very reassuring and organized, thus making it a calming, yet exciting and professional experience. They also used a new technique of interviewing that presented a challenge for you to truly invest your time in researching the company while in preparing for the process.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
