I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (Baton Rouge, LA) in Sept 2020
Interview
Ended up doing my internship somewhere else, but they were very nice. I was asked to do an interview after greeting them at a college job fair. Would have done it if there wasn’t another opportunity. They try to act like you don’t have to cold call but you do. If that’s your thing it’s probably not a half bad gig
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: asked me about my major and where I’m looking to go in my career
They do group interviews where they test your attention and enthusiasm of your answers, it is kind of arbitrary to performance but they are testing social skills and network. It is a sales role that requires certifications and networking.

It was an easy process all behavioral questions just wanted to see if the candidate being interviewed was personable or not. Nothing to stress about you are given some small work in between the 3 interviews for preparation of the next stages.

Interview
Super simple, three step process. Initial interview via answering email questions. Then a zoom interview with campus recruiter. Then a task assigned, then an interview to go over task. The last interview is in person.
