Interview
First round interview just asked about your interest and experiences. At the end of the interview, they give a presentation about the program. There is a group interview after and they ask you to fill out a worksheet about your connections beforehand.
It was good, simple, and they provided a lot of information on what the position would look like. They explained the reasoning for commission-based pay, and how they help support new interns with that.
I had an interview with northwestern mutual but im seeing a lot of people say its just a pyramid scheme to cold call people in my network. is this true?
