Interview
First round is them just describing the company. They go into a lot of detail about the company but they never actually tell you what the job looks like. It is your typical sales job where you sell insurance.
Long but GTKY. Basically just wanted to learn why and how you be an advisor. Good for anyone who really wants to do this career. Make sure you are passionate about the industry.

Interview
A virtual interview is set up via email. They ask your availability and then send you a zoom link. Overall, it is a simple interview process. The employee I spoke with was very courteous and professional.
