The initial phone call was less than 15 minutes where the Recruiter simply asked if I was still looking for employment. Asked about my current role and why I was interested in the training program.
The next call was a virtual interview which lasted 1.5 hours. In this call, the recruiter talked about the history of the company, company beliefs, and a little about what the advisors actually do. If you're selected to continue through the process, your next meeting would be with some of the advisors on the team.
