Northwire interview questions

Good people. The company has found a market niche and are successfully exploiting it. The IT staff is small, a total of three people. Potential employees need to be willing to step outside of their specialty and jump in where needed. The interview process consisted of a phone screen by the IT Manager, followed by an on-site visit, consisiting of a series of one-on-one interviews with the IT manager and three exec's. Six Sigma and PMP are highly valued. Post-school certifications are highly valued.
