-first round interview with an associate - couple behaviorals then just tested how i thought about different industries. What i thought were attractive investments, what sectors were interesting and why.
-then you get a case study that you have to submit a presentation on. It's just making a thesis on an industry, finding companies. eventually you present that in a third round to a VP who asks you questions about it.
-met with another VP after that who grilled me on more technical questions, 3 statement model, enterprise value
-then you meet with a partner your final round. Partner conversation was by far the easiest cause at that point you know so much about the company that you can genuinely just ask them questions.
