Interview
There was no interview at all. The Head Pro (at the time, not sure if they are still there) was impressed enough that I showed up in person to inquire about the job and said I didn't need a resume or an interview. I filled out a job application on site and was officially hired a day or two later.

Question 1
I suppose the closest to an interview question I received was asking if I had worked in/around the golf industry before and if I was knowledgeable enough about the game to have routine interactions with members.

Interview
Very short, impromtu interview. I called asking about a golf-related job, one of the pros asked me to come to the pro shop to get an application, and while there he asked me a few questions about my experiences in golf. After that it was just a matter of getting the paperwork completed and put through.
