First interview only lasted 10 minute max. When I asked about the job it was more of a kiosk attendant/people you see on the streets with clipboard asking you to sign up for things. It is also a three step interview process. I did not go to my second interview.

It’s a scam. I was never told what I would actually be doing in the first interview, I had to wait for the second interview to “learn the corporate structure”. It was a lot of smoke and mirrors such as telling me about how much they travel and how “the company” rents an island for a week? But the company is not Nory and Partners, so I’m not sure who’s in charge. From my understanding managers are promoted and then they can start their own business with whatever name they choose, which does not make any sense from a business perspective. There is a blog explaining the scam better but it was overall confusing and a waste of my time. My interviewer was nice though.
