I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nothing But Web (Melbourne) in Aug 2016
Interview
I received a mail asking to attempt a small test. It was to write a single php module, querying database with emphasis on security and validation. It also required developing a screen accepting input from user. They had provided db username and password to use to develop the application. After I responded to the test, I was invited for an interview with the Director. The interview was simple, with no technical questions. They were just checking whether I could communicate effectively.
