Applied online through Vacancies portal Each candidate needs to fill out an online form. CV is not required. A few days or weeks later I received an email inviting me to attend telephone interview. Basic questions regarding several soft skills.

There was no interview - just fill in application form and questions. There’s quite a few opportunities throughout the year but usually once you make it for one you get called back for all.
