I applied online. I interviewed at Nourish (United Kingdom) (Bournemouth, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
Four stages.
Feedback in between and communication is dire next to anxiety inducing. High praises were given but they did not match the actual pace, experience or in person meetings, and when prompted for a check in there was no response only silence.
The final interview descended very quickly into the panel arguing about syntax or other trivial issues, even getting upset I mixed up a word despite clarifying. Emotionally and mentally exhausting.
I had to meet the team as well, which also quickly descended into being quizzed about my approach to real life scenarios and being met with either high praises if it matched what they had done or scepticism and criticism followed by defending their approach if I presented something alternative.
I was later showed around the support office floor but got so far as the door and then the person showing me around said he could not be bothered to show me around, and left.
I was also told there were candidates who were asking for much less salary than I was.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nourish (United Kingdom) in Jan 2025
Interview
Not as smooth as you would think, more of an interrogation rather than an interview, no time for questions, they feel as if you have to be so proud to work for them and therefore you don't need to interview them
Good afternoon,
Thank you for your feedback for the BDR role that you applied for at Nourish. To understand this comment more, please can you email feedback@nourishcare.com and I can look into this for you.
While the interviewers were friendly and engaging, the overall experience was poorly managed and disorganised.
The process lacked clarity, and the stages and expectations were not adequately communicated. Although the interviewers set expectations around when I would hear back, I never received any response after the second stage, despite sending a follow-up email.
It’s disappointing when candidates invest time and effort into preparing for interviews, only to be met with silence. A more structured and transparent approach to communication would significantly improve the experience for future candidates.
