The interview process had three stages. Telephone screening; psychotechnical tests (3 hours in a room); face-to-face interview with the business area. The number of interviews with the business area could depend on interest in that area. They could have a second conversation with another team, along the same lines as the first.

In the interview with the business area, a logic challenge was made.
The interview was for the junior position. As part of the recruitment process, I underwent psychometric tests, and upon successful completion, I proceeded to an interview with a Manager and an HR representative.

Good Interview process overall, starts off with just the standard HR only interview. Second interview was a psychometric test that took maybe 1h30, then had another third interview, this time with both HR and 2 engineers.
