I applied online. I interviewed at Novant Health (Winston-Salem, NC) in July 2013
Interview
The 'job fair' was like speed-dating; you had just a few minutes to grab a nurse-manager's attention and get them to invite you back for an 'in-depth' 15-minute interview later in the day. The nurse-managers/units that chose to be involved were at tables in a large room; the 100-odd candidates scattered & stood in line to give our pitch to our chosen units. We had about 45 minutes to talk to as many as possible.

Question 1
There wasn't really time for them to ask questions.
The interview was over zoom. It was easy going and the lady was very sweet. I was very nervous but she made me feel super comfortable and answered any questions that I had.

Interview
Interviewed with 4 departments, mainly the Med/Surg new grad internship. I really want to work ED or ICU so I might hold out. I’m pretty sure I got the job, they said turn around time was typically less than a week.

Interview
You meet with an HR rep briefly to go over starting dates, starting rate, etc. You then have an interview with that HR person and managers from the floor you applied to. After that you have a second interview with current employees for a peer interview. Questions are almost exclusively behavioral based interview questions, with the exception of one or two 'ice breaker' type questions in the very beginning.
