Pleasant and professional atmosphere and welcoming interviewers. I met with over 15 employees, approximately 3-5 at a time for around 30 minutes each. They asked tough, but relevant questions and explained the duties of the position in great detail.

It was a 3 step process. Screening, skills test, final interview. The screen was 30 mins, skills test was 45 minutes, and final interview was an hour. The screening was just you and two manager. The skills test was you and two managers. The final interview was you and five analyst + the director.
