Interview
It started with a brief HR screening to check shift availability (24/7 rotation). Next was a written language assessment (Greek/English) to test speed and tone for Live Chat. The final stage was a video interview with a Team Leader focused on situational scenarios: handling upset customers, multitasking, and basic iGaming knowledge. The atmosphere was friendly but professional.

Friendly and easy job interview. There were 2 interviews.They just asked me a few things about my self and why i would love to join the industry. No tests are required in order to get the job.
