Interview
The first interview consists merely of an informal chat where the applicant's experience, expectations and general approach are explored. The main goal of the interview is for the interviewer to determine if the candidate seems to be a good fit (is motivated enough) for the company. If the interview succeeds then there is a second technical interview.
