Interview
Met with one of the supervisors. He asked typical interview questions. Probably took 30 minutes. He went over what the company is and what it does and what it stands for etc. Its been awhile but I think he gave me the option to choose either part A or part B. I chose part A. Then he went over details about when the training would take place and how long it is. Its about a 6 week training class.

Phone interview with temp staff to confirm requirements and pay.
Asked for reason leaving previous positions and why i would be a good fit.
Went over company benefits, just a general overview, and process for training and requirements to keep SLAs
