Novolex Machine Tender interview questions

I went to Duro bag for an interview with there HR and i interview for an hour and a half and the peraon interviewing me was really inpressed and offered me a job and possibly more because she said i had allot of experience that you do not see from allot of the younger generation. I have 20 yrs of work experience and at my last job i was making about 20 an hr. I worked m- f 8 hr shifts. I went to this place and they had twelve hr shifts which started sunday thru wednesday 7a to 7p or 7p to 7a or Wednesday thru saturday.7a to 7p or 7p to 7a. She talked about people having to work six days a week allot she said they do not really get holidays of. I was taking a pay cut going here and i thought i could work some over time. I do not mind over time. I got laid of from my last job. So. I was there almost 2 hr and then the hr lady said let me get my production supervisor and i waited. He came in the room with a sentical attitute. He started tearing my wotk experience apart like i have no work experience. I have been in the miliitary for 10 years multiple mos an associates degree and 2 more years of college on top of that. I have like 5 years experience as a machine operater. I felt like. I had to prove myself to the man. He did not know me but he thought i was a dumb kid. I am older than i look. At the end he said well we will see were we can squeeze you in. About five mins later the hr lady came in and aske me what i thought about the man that interview ed me i said well he seem like a sentical person. And she offered me a lower job as a bag catcher starting pay 13.50 an hr. I said well it does not look like your friend thinks i can do the job with my experince and my degree. I said to no thank you i am not interested and if that man thinks i can not do the job i interviewed fo he is mistaken. Education and Experience is supposed to pay. These people were tricking me. The pulled the old job switch routine on me. I considered the pay and it was not got pay and the schedule sucked no home life. When she offered me even less money after spending over 2 hrs with the i could had died. That was a complete was of my time. I would not recommend them
