Interview
I was approached by a recruiter. She gave great insight on the company and the people that Id be interviewing with. I Interviewed over the phone first with the hiring manager and was then called in for a face to face interview. I interviewed in person with 4 different groups of people. I interviewed with my soon to be manager once removed, the entire team of people that I would be working with, a manager from a cross-functional team that my team would be working with and HR.

It was rather informal. I was asked all kinds of questions. Some interviewers seemed more prepared than others.
