Novuskin interview questions

Strangest interview I’ve ever been through. After initial interview with HR over the phone (was normal) next day went to meet manager in person, only spent a brief few minutes with me. Passed me onto another person (unsure the title) who basically told me about the company but didn’t ask any questions. Was escorted out and told nothing. 2 days later I received an email telling me I was hired

Manager was fifteen minutes late to interview even though I arrived early. Your job consists of doing a basic facial for 30 minutes as an intro & push an expensive membership for the other 30. You don’t get repeat clients, you send them to another person for services after they get the intro. Followed up & never heard anything back. This place is unorganized!
