Now Software interview questions

The interview process is typically straightforward; however, its level of difficulty can differ significantly depending on the interviewer’s style, expectations, specific questions, and overall approach to assessing the candidate’s qualifications and fit for the role.

The HR of NOW Software (Pvt.) Limited (now.net.pk) approached me and asked me about the details and expectations. I clearly mentioned the expected package. They started the process that contains 2 technical and 1 HR interviews. After clearing all the interviews, HR called me at their office and discussed things but when they send me offer letter, the salary package is even less than my current package. HR didn't contact me afterwards and casually handled things. Very unprofessional and pathetic HR department. They don't know about industry norms and ethics. They totally waste your time. I recommend not to go for their process.
