Initial Resume screen, got mail from recruiter for scheduling interview. direct interview with two technical people and one recruiter. I was able to answer most questions, But they were specifically looking for very senior, but since job description said 2-3 years of experience I had applied They mentioned they were looking for a senior role and may be can think of offering another position
