I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ntiva (McLean, VA) in June 2010
Interview
Had a phone interview with HR (a little wasteful as they didn't really know technology)
Two in person interviews - one mainly technical the other about personality and how I would handle customer situations
offer and acceptance - quick and simple - not too much paperwork
They turned things around really quickly and seemed generally interested in making me comfortable and excited about the prospect of working there.

Question 1
What customer you helped in the past that you hated the most?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ntiva (McLean, VA) in Jan 2013
Interview
I sent in my resume to careers@ntiva.com as instructed to be a friend who referred me to the company. It took about a week to have someone reply to me (longer than I would have liked). Then I had a call with the HR manager as he asked a multitude of questions. Following this an interview with the direct of client services was setup, that was a little cold but fine. Finally, I got a phone call from the President. He was very nice and clearly passionate about what he does at Ntiva - his focus was on personality - really making sure I would play well with other techs and as he said "wow our clients, not just make it work or keep it running"
