A lot of questions to know if it's a good fit. Straight forward approach so time isn't wasted for the applicant or the company. Great people to deal with and a fun process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you had or wanted to be in a leadership role?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nu Image Marketing (Anaheim, CA) in June 2013
Interview
First interview was brief. What have I done? What am I looking for? What are you 3 strongest attributes? Rate your people skills. Followed by a brief description of the company and mission.
Make sure you dress sharp. The company works with Fortune 500 companies. So dress to impress.
After 1st interview I invited back for a second interview where they explained the position, company growth, history, compensation, benefits, etc. Why should we consider you?
Great! Got the job. After drug test and background cleared I was good to go.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nu Image Marketing (Concord, CA) in June 2012
Interview
Group interview, then supplemental group interview, then one on one interview. Group interviews are held in order to determine whether or not you stand out as a prospective employee. Best thing to do is be selfish and talk as much as you possibly can. They pick up on self-motivation and enthusiasm for the task at hand, so make sure to drink a cup of coffee or psych yourself up for the interview. The group interview is helpful because it helps you to gauge what the employer is looking for; take note in order to help with the one on one interview.
We did away with the group interview. We find one on one interviews to be much more beneficial for everyone involved in the process. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
