We contacted for a week. They then invited me to an interview where i explained my accomplishments and what i planned to do in the near future. You may see a lot of suffering while volunteering in this hospital. How do you plan to deal with it emotionally?

Interviewed by program director and 2 APD and chief resident. Interview was 20 minutes long each. Learned about the resident education and schedules, salary, and surrounding area. Batch of five other prospective residents.
