Had schedule a quick phone interview, she asked a few questions about my background and why she thought I would be a good fit. She also asked standard questions, but was very friendly. I am waiting to hear back, so not sure if I got it.
Interview process is fairly long, but they are trying to truly see if this position is right for you just as much as if you are the right fit for the company.
