I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance Solutions (London, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
The recruiter called me and said she was interested in my profile, so I had my CV in front of me in order to prepare for the 1st round of questions. Then she said she'd send me an email with a bunch of questions that I had to fill in and reply back via Email. I think this was a bit lazy, as these kind of questions are usually asked on a phone interview. I was then invited for the 2nd round interview with the hiring manager, which I thought went really well. The interview lasted longer than the specified time (Which is always a good sign) and I thought I gave a good account of myself. The feedback I received though was a bit dissapointing. I was told that I didn't articulate or provide any detail related to documentation, preparation and execution I was baffled - The Hiring manager didn't really ask me anything about this. I just gave a summary of what I do on a daily basis, but if i'd been asked then I would've gone in more detail about it.
