Applied on-line, waiting 2 months for an interview date. Interviewed at Pelham House face to face, interview panel were great and made me feel at ease. Probably one of the best interview environments I've been in. The problem was I was left waiting for 10 weeks for feedback, which I had to chase the recruiter for. So the interview experience was good, but the treatment thereafter was beyond poor, very unprofessional.
