I have gone through all the rounds of interview then got a call from HR asking my expected ctc then received an email for document submission. I submitted the documents and then next day I receive call from HR asking again my expected ctc which I had already mentioned before the interview and a day before. Then he said this ctc is out of our band/limit, please call me if you are negotiable. What was that? Still think what a waste it was, I thought nucleus software is a good company but thank god I am saved..😇🙏👼
