I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nuffield Health (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
When i came to my interview, there was about 40 of us in the lounge area, there was no indication that it would be a group assessment. I believe every single person that had applied was invited. After 30 minutes of waiting we were invited up to one of the studios were we had to sit on gym equipment, we were then handed a maths test while the lion king sound track was playing loudly in the background. One by one we were taken out of the room to have the interview, i was one of the last remaining 6 people to be chosen, i was there for at least 1 hour and 40 minutes. When i was eventually chosen i was asked 4 questions and that was it.

Interview
at the interview the interviewer there asked regular questions they did not ask anything special. there were situational questions, behavioural questions, give me an example questions. that is it nothing else to say
1 on 1. Interview process is shambolic. It is about who you know and not your own personality. I was lucky to be offered a job on my own individual merit but have seen many new hirers based on ‘who they know’
