I applied to Nugget on a Saturday, three days later, on Tuesday I received a text to schedule a phone interview. My phone interview was that Thursday. I prepared for the interview using questions posted on Glassdoor, which they asked me! The hiring manager was very kind during the phone interview and made it a comfortable experience. I passed the phone interview and scheduled an in-person interview on the same day with the store director I believe (still trying to remember names and titles). I was anxious until the interview began and quickly experienced the same comfort that I felt over the phone with the addition of the bakery lead! I got the job!
