Constant delays in interviews, no shows, late night emails, total lack of seriousness culminating in a disappearance without any feedback after a final interview and 5 weeks of involvement in the process. Nothing to add.

Thank you for leaving this feedback. Due to critical business needs we sometimes need to rearrange interviews at the last minute which is out of our control. I understand this is not ideal, however we take hiring very serious and aim to tighten our processes going forward.

I agree with a comment from someone else earlier in the year about this process.
I personally had three interviews, HR and two heads for this role. They all went smooth and HR mentioned I was progressing to the next round, they even sent me a calendar availability for meeting the head of the team. Two days later they emailed me they are pausing the role due to recent shifts in business priorities and they are focusing hiring efforts on other regions.
My advise do not waste your time, they seemed very chaotic, all answers were very ambiguous and word in the street is not positive about this company.

Interview
I interviewed for Business Development Director role in APAC. Actually, I learned that they are interviewing 100 of senior leaders just to get knowledge and do research about their positioning. This role has been open for more than 2 years, as you can see on Linkedin as well. They have no intention to hire and traumuatising candidates with posting window shopper positions. I guess their leadership wants to their calendar filled when they have free time.
