I just applied online and got a call within a day or so, offering me an interview! The manager met me at a hotel in Cleveland where he asked me questions about myself. I came prepared and did some research on the company.

It is a bit lengthy considering that this is an Independent contractor position. I went through 4 video-based interviews (2 of those with real people) over 2 weeks to be selected for the position.

Relatively easy process, once I accepted the position I started almost immediately. Just be yourself and remember what you're applying for. This job basically requires you to love animals and pet nutrition.
