Simple and straightforward with a proper discussion of the roles and duties you'll be fulfilling. The benefits, incentives, leaves, and work culture were also discussed, along with working hours were also discussed thoroughly.

Interview
1st You have to give cognitive aptitude test. In Which you have two test : 1) Reasoning and Mathematical Aptitude and 2) Behavioral Assessment. If you cleared both test than you have to appear for telephonic/skype interview. At the last your HR interview.
