I applied online. I interviewed at Nursing and Midwifery Council
Interview
An experience day, so not your usual interview format. Three interviewers in separate rooms, who would each ask you three questions. You had the opportunity to communicate with other members of staff while you waited to be called, allowing you to get more of an understanding of the company and role. Did however, have to wait almost 3 weeks for an outcome, when I asked for feedback, that too took a while and I was just sent the same email regarding my interview outcome so not useful at all.

Interview
Fairly simple, have an understanding of the work they do. Realise important KPIs and answer in accordance with STAR. Make sure you have a personality and they love people with customer service experience.

really simple, know the organisation, guidance and values and it's simple.
Lovely organisation with lovely members of staff. Caseloads are crazy however, was warned about this during interview.
Would have accepted but was offered a better paying job at another regulator.
