We work to be super transparent in our recruiting process from drafting a clear, inclusive job description to discussing compensation and benefits in a first interview to completing reference checks for all final candidates. And yes we agree, our three step interview process is in-depth, but we use recruiting & DEI best practices to ensure our process is fair, equitable, and clear evaluation criteria is consistently used as our north star to minimize bias. A recent improvement is that we compensate all candidates who complete our work simulation and present to our team during a 3rd interview. We truly value our candidates, their time, and their expertise.
