I was called by the manager, he explained the duties of the position and asked about my availability. Next he made an appointment for me for my training day. On my training day HR walked me through the process of the factory, gave me a factory tour, and placed me with a mentor. Overall the process was kind, friendly, brief and to the point, I am very happy with it.
