One on one interview with the branch manager. Emailed the resume and cover letter. Branch manager reached out via email and called to find availability for an interview. Arrived in person at the branch and it was a casual yet detailed interview on personal work history as well as the job perks and expectations.
I was contacted via email shortly after sending in my resume and cover letter, with a time for an interview. After arriving at the building, there was a short wait and then I was called in to chat with the hiring manager. He asked only a few questions before claiming that he was extremely impressed and would hire me on the spot. I learned from my coworkers that this statement was typical for all new hires.

Pretty easy going. Discussion on compensation. Role on the team. Company culture and corporate events. Interviewed with regional manager and another company representative. Further discussed average sales per month, closing rates.
