Phone screen with hiring manager and then on-site interview with a team of peers (about 4-5). Interviews were about two weeks about and it took about 3 weeks after the onsite to get feedback Interviews were a combination of 1:1 and a couple panels ( I believe due to scheduling). Questions were generally behavioral based in nature.
