Phone screening with HR followed by a joint interview with a lead and experienced engagement manager. They were looking for for someone interested in and has experience in BD and closing deals.

What kind of experience do you have in patient services? If none, how can your experience translate into this space?
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Nuvera (New Ulm, MN)
Interview
There were a total of 3 interviews with various people from the company. They became more intense as they went on. They ultimately explained that they do a scoring system for their hiring and I had missed out on a position by a fraction of a point due to not having a degree while the other applicant did. A degree was not a requirement for the position.

3 part Process. Each part was very insightful, and the interviewers were very professional. 2 phone interviews and the 3rd was supposed to be in person, but do to the restrictions we had a Zoom interview and all went as I was hoping for.
